Missing my heart home, the beautiful Big Sur. More than anything, I miss my community at @Esalen.We are in a time of global transformation. I don’t have control over being uprooted, change is inevitable. What I do have control of is choosing to practice awareness. How am I reacting to the change? What am I noticing right now? What am I experiencing right now? How can I be more compassionate to myself? To others? We are all going through the flames and can collectively rise up from the ashes!How are you taking care of yourself right now?
