Two Self-Care Practices to Reconnect with Yourself

Hello lovely humans! Happy holidays from me to you.

While the holidays are traditionally a time of love, abundance, and yes, gratitude, this holiday can also be extremely challenging for many. This year brings even more challenges to the table. You may be feeling stress, isolation, worry, frustrated… OR you may be feeling relaxed, abundant, grateful… ALL is welcome.

I want to offer a practice that will help you to get in touch with what wants to be expressed by your soul (Soul/true self/higher self – whatever you want to call it!) 

Then, after we do this practice, we will take time to expand and practice that thing that everyone talks about….gratitude. Don’t take my word for it. Experience it for yourself. It really can change your perspective, which does change your life. This exercise is extremely liberating. It will bring you to a space of gratitude, which will increase your capacity for love, confidence, inspiration, and choice! 

Take 15-20 minutes to watch the video. Go to a quiet space in your home, and gift yourself some gorgeous self reflection. Everyone around you will benefit! 

What You’ll Need: 

  • A journal
  • A pen or pencil
  • A candle?!
